LEARN THE STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR PAYMENT AND START YOUR PROCESS

This guide explains the process for completing payment for a legal service through Swipe Simple, ensuring your transaction is completed correctly and securely:

Type of payment
1. Identify the Type of Payment You Need to Make

After your initial interview with one of our attorneys (in-person or by phone), you will be informed about:

  • The type of legal service you need
  • The steps to follow in your case
  • The amount to be paid

Your payment might correspond to one of the following situations:

  • Initiating a new legal service
  • Completing payment for a service you've already started
  • Paying off the remaining balance on an ongoing service

During the consultation, the attorney will clearly inform you of the amount to be paid and the next steps.

Afterwards, a representative from our Payments Department will contact you by phone to:

  • Confirm the information provided
  • Follow up on your case
  • Assist you with the payment process, if needed

RULE FOR OPENING SERVICES

If the service costs $1,000 or less. For example: if the service costs $500.00 you must pay the full $500.00.

  • A full upfront payment is required to open the service.

If the service costs $1,001 or more. For example: if the service costs $1,500.00 you must pay the minimum $750.00.

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront to open the service.

Exceptions:

  • If the client is opening more than one case at the same time, a 50% deposit may be accepted even if the cost of each case is less than $1,000.

If you wish to make the payment on your own, you may do so at any time by following the steps in this guide directly from this website, without needing to wait for a representative to contact you. Make sure you have all the necessary information before proceeding.

2. Access the Payment Platform

To make your payment, click on "Pay for a Legal Service" located at the bottom of this page. You will be redirected to the secure Swipe Simple platform form.

We recommend reading all the steps in this guide before completing the form to avoid mistakes and ensure your payment is processed correctly.

Have the following information provided by your attorney/payment assistants ready:

  • Exact amount to pay
  • Client’s full name
  • Name of the legal service

3. Complete the Payment Form

Fill out the form carefully, making sure to correctly enter:

It is essential that all information is correct to ensure proper identification and application of your payment.

If you're unsure about any information, please contact us before continuing. Our team can verify the details and provide guidance.

4. Make and Confirm Your Payment

Before finalizing the payment, verify that all the information entered in the form is correct.

Once the payment is processed on the Swipe Simple platform, take a screenshot of the completed payment receipt.

To confirm your transaction, send the receipt to the email address payments@perdomodorsett.com or use the “Submit Payment Receipt” button located at the bottom of this page.

5. Upload of Immigration Payment Receipt

Please use this form to submit the payment receipt corresponding to the legal services provided by our firm.

Timely submission of this receipt will facilitate the validation of your transaction and allow our Payments Department to efficiently follow up on your case.

Before proceeding with payment for your service, it is mandatory to have all the necessary information provided by your legal assistant, including the type of service, the exact amount, and the full name of the client associated with the case.

 

It is extremely important that you take a screenshot or save the proof of payment receipt once you have canceled the service, as you will need it to validate your payment*
