Program Description
The Firm sends case-related text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages may include appointment and hearing reminders, requests for documents needed for your case, updates on the status of your immigration matter, payment and billing notifications, welcome and follow-up communications when a new matter is opened, and responses to your inquiries. Messages may be sent in English or Spanish based on your stated preference.
